Welcome

Welcome to my law office! My practice is focused mainly on the field of United States Immigration Law; helping individuals/families/business organizations obtain lawful residence, employment/working status (family and employment-based immigration, non-immigrant visa petition/application, and deportation defense), and citizenship in the United States of America for themselves, their relatives, and their employees. For the past decade, I have been successful in obtaining immigration benefits in favor of individuals and families from various countries, including those from Brazil, Britain, Canada, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, India, Laos, Liberia, Mexico, Nepal, Netherlands, Philippines, Romania, Scotland, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam.

Like millions of Americans, I am also an immigrant. I know, more or less, what are the expectations/thoughts of an intending immigrant because I experienced the same excitement, difficulties, and, sometimes, feeling of uncertainty/insecurity that he/she might be facing now.

I promise to provide you with the legal knowledge, skills, preparation, care, and diligence required of me as your immigration attorney. On the other hand, I expect you to extend to me your full cooperation and honest and sincere disclosure of all the relevant facts. “In God We Trust”; with His guidance, once we join our efforts, we could achieve the best possible immigration result(s) within the moral and legal bounds to our mutual satisfaction. At the end of the day, you could live/work in the United States of America, whose principal motto is “E Pluribus Unum” – through diversity, there is unity.

So, come in, let us get the job done to fulfill your “American Dream” for our own good and for the good of the United States of America.

May God bless us, may God Bless America.
